Description: Intense cherry red colour. Perfectly clean on the nose, with elegant spicy and toasty undertones, which transfer beautifully to the palate. There is a wonderful black pepper start to the palate, which gives way to a beautiful intense ripe fruit sensation, rounded, sensual and rich, balancing the concentrated alcohol. Ideal to go with game dishes, red meats with strong sauces and cured cheeses.
