Description: Cherry red in colour, with some hints of violet. Mixed black and red berry fruits over a spicy base on the nose, with light chocolate and coffee cream undertones from the oak. The palate is full and deep in fruit, with well integrated tannins and acidity over elegant toasty oak and an elegant, balanced, bright red berry fruit finish. Ideal to go with game dishes, red meats with strong sauces and cured cheeses.
