Description: Deep crimson in colour with purple highlights. An attractive bouquet of heady bramble fruit, cranberry and cassis. A subtle spice backbone adds depth and definition. Full bodied and intense, ripe bramble fruit aromas follow from the nose with further notes of plum and chocolate adding complexity. Spice and cedar wood flavours develop in the glass to complete the offering. A balanced and lengthy palate with fine, silky tannins and buoyant natural acidity combining to add structure and definition to the delicious fruit.
