Description: Our Chablis comes from argilo-calcareous trays which gives them all their minerality of ageing. We savour every vat to make the best assemblage of the different lands. This assemblage gives our main vintage with the place - said 'Champr‚aux' and 'La Bral‚e'. The first plot allows to express minerality and delicacy while the second brings roundness and notes of cool fruit.
