Orders will normally be fulfilled within seven days. A delivery charge to one address of £4.99 (including VAT) will be added to your order. For some orders the delivery may arrive on more than one courier vehicle. All goods should be signed for on delivery.

If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver within that time, then we will contact you to arrange for a suitable alternative delivery time, or to accept your cancellation of order.

We have every confidence that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you have a complaint, then please address it to us in writing (see contact information below).

On receipt of your complaint, we will send acknowledgment within 5 working days.

All complaints will be dealt with fairly, in confidence, and as quickly as possible.

Each manufacturer or merchant has satisfied Binends.com that the products offered on-line are as described and fit for the purpose for which they are offered.

Any products that you receive that are damaged may be returned to the address on the packing slip at no charge.

Unwanted products may be returned within seven working days of delivery, although you are responsible for the return shipping cost. As soon as we have received them, a full credit will be given for returned products that are undamaged. The credit will always be made in the currency and method by which payment was originally made.
